Yama Pradhana Sumbodo is a communications professional and academic with over a decade of experience in media, public relations, and strategic communications. His expertise spans crisis management, media relations, public communication, and stakeholder engagement.

He previously served as a journalist at Trans7, a Public Relations and Protocol Specialist at Indonesia’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Transportation, and Head of Public Relations at Garudaku. As a consultant, he has also supported communications for government ministries and state-owned enterprises.

Yama graduated from IPB University’s Vocational School, where he studied Communication. He subsequently earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Communication Science from Universitas Mercu Buana. He is currently a doctoral candidate in Communication Science at Universitas Padjadjaran and an active lecturer in communications.

As Executive Director of POL-DEC Institute, he combines professional experience with academic insight to support strategic analysis and informed decision-making.

Mohamad Alvin Renaldi is a technology and data science professional who supports political research through digital innovation and data analysis. A graduate of IPB University’s Vocational School, where he studied Information Technology, he also serves as Technology Director at PT Tortie Kreatif Teknologi.

At POL-DEC Institute, he leads the development and application of technology to support political research and strategic analysis. His responsibilities include developing systems for data collection and processing, integrating AI into research workflows, and building analytical tools and dashboards to help researchers explore political developments, public discourse, and emerging issues.

Working closely with researchers and analysts, Mohamad Alvin Renaldi applies data science methods to identify patterns, interpret complex datasets, and translate findings into accessible visualizations and insights. His role also encompasses strengthening data quality, developing digital research infrastructure, and ensuring that technological applications align with research objectives and methodological standards.

He brings a practical, interdisciplinary approach that connects technology, data science, and political research to support rigorous analysis and informed strategic decision making.

Andini Shakila Hermansyah leads research operations at POL-DEC Institute, overseeing fieldwork coordination, data collection logistics, project administration, and research budgets. A graduate in Accounting from Politeknik Negeri Jakarta, she brings a structured approach to documentation, financial accountability, and operational planning. She works closely with researchers and the technology team to ensure research activities run efficiently and field data is collected and delivered in accordance with project requirements.

Ihsanul Hadi leads data analytics at POL-DEC Institute, supporting political research through data processing, validation, and analysis. A graduate of IPB University’s Vocational School, where he studied Information Technology, he focuses on identifying patterns and trends, developing data visualizations, and translating complex datasets into accessible insights. He works closely with researchers and the technology team to strengthen data quality and provide analytical evidence for research findings and strategic decision making.
